When the user clicks on a callto URL from his web browser, the application calls the URL phone number.

From any application the user can select any phone number and press Windows-C to call it.

The user can pick up any waiting call, ask the caller if he wants to wait any longer and put the call back on hold if needed.

Each phone contact where phone presence is enabled will show active calls details when available. (number of calls, call direction/state, caller/ee name).
